Seized motor

My vehicle stalled and would not start up again, it was taken to a dealership. They looked at it and told me the engine has seized up do to faulty bearings which in turn burned up the oil and seizing the motor. Is their anything you can do to help me with this being a defective Hyundai part and not due to negligence. I still owe somewhere around $20,000 and the car doesn't run what can i do? Best Regards Eric
