Please... DO NOT do business with this company. Sears used to be reputable but they are just a scam machine now. They WILL rip you off any way they can. I'm in shock and disbelief myself as Sears has stolen $399 from me. They did not provide me service, a product, or a repair but have just charged me $399 for ABSOLUTELY nothing... and there seems no way to get it back as they block your number on ALL customer service lines. Hopefully my credit card company comes through on this, or I am out almost $400! Just unbelievable... STAY AWAY.
