It's taking a long time to complete sealing. I called your 800 number and was put on hold for 55 minutes. The rep who answered my call was difficult to understand and didn't answer my question before I was cut off. Don't know if she hung up on me or what. I have loved this sealer and need to know if I need a new one or is there something to do to fix this problem. Unhappy with your support system. CANNOT FILL OUT THE FORM TO SEND MY INFO AS KEEPS SAYING TO ENTER LEGITIMATE ADDRESS WHICH i'VE TRIED DOING?
