I want a refund for misleading information on connecting loved ones with someone who has been locked up. It’s bad enough to have the trams of someone you love locked up to be taken advantage of a company completely bogus that there is no working contact numbers to dispute ridiculous charges. Penalty charges should be included with the refunds
