We brought a Hot Tub from these Guy's nothing but problems, don't answer calls, warranty process a complete joke! Quoted delivery lead time 4 weeks, 12 weeks later had to ring numerous times, then delivered without chemicals and we had to wait another 2 weeks for them to send. Sleepless nights, I know I paid a cheap price but it's still a lot of money to us and now I am worried I am going I am not going to have a warranty for the Hot Tub we have purchased. They have posted on Facebook that they are moving premises and the showroom closed, this sounds like another lie.
