Andrew from sales/customer service called me 11 minutes after the email inquiry was sent to Buds. Problem solved. In my considered opinion, relying on the "Online Chat" for customer service issues is really not the best idea. Did not work with the issue I was having. Even though I was not really pissed off, merely concerned, I'm grateful PissedCustomer.com enabled a fast resolution! Who knows how long it may have taken!
