On March 2nd 2019 my wife and I signed 2 contracts with Vidanta , we did research the following day and found out much of what was promised during the presentation was not true , we called and emailed member services on March 4th the first business day after signing the contract which says we have 5 days to cancel , we where told by Ingrid that she would connect us with someone to help us with the process (don't worry she said ) , we where promptly contacted by Tanja who lead us around like lambs to the slaughter we complied with everything we where asked to do , on the 6th day we received an email asking about a copy of a receipt for our written cancellation which we asked them about multiple times , we where told on a conference call with our sales agent we would have our deposit refunded and member services would help us cancel our contract but since that email on the 6th day we have received no communication with member services despite many phone calls and emails . We have since emailed PROFECO , copied and given our attorney all information , contacted our credit card company to let them know this is fraud , lastly I am working on exposing Vidanta Member Services( term used loosely ) on a national level I will keep you posted as I have all details in place , maybe it will save others millions .
