Sales rep cold-called me and left a vague message saying she needed to speak with me. It was the beginning of the year, so I was concerned it was a new parent and called back. No useful information on the message machine. She then misrepresented herself to our school secretary claiming that she and I were mutually trying to get in touch with each other, so our secretary put her through to my room. No identification of herself or why she was calling. Both the secretary and I assumed it was a parent who would be angry with me if I didn't take the call. If they are lying to teachers in order to get us on the phone, I'm sure they lie to parents as well. Do not trust them.
