Safety of Employee and Location Nellis Shopette (Propane )

I went to the shopette on Nellis AFB by the family RV camp to fill a propane bottle and was told they could only fill during daylight hours. First there was a light overhead that provided an adequate amount of light to do the fill. Exactly what are you going to see with an invisible gas ? but I'll leave that to the educated. This location is violating OSHA Regulations and if you cannot install appropriate lighting to make this station operational day/ night it needs to be shut down. See OSHA Regulations General Requirements. 1915.82 (a) (1) The employer shall ensure that each work area and walkway is adequately lighted whenever an employee is present. 1915.82 (a) (2) User's recommendation: Install Lighting appropriate to use day/night.
