Smyrna De. Store Friday 6/16/20 11:00 - My wife and were shopping when I saw 4 people not wearing a mask properly exposing their nose or entire mouth nose area. There were no managers visible or available on the floor. When I asked to speak to a manager none arrived before we had to leave. Additionally your distributor from Lays had a mask on but it was constantly down not covering his face. It appears your management either does not care or they were intimidated by the fact that the people ignoring my safety were all people of color. All lives matter especially my families. User's recommendation: follow and enforce the state law and your own policy.
