SAFESOUND’S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
TO: SAFESOUND: I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FOR ONE (1) SAFESOUND PERSONAL ALARM FOR MY DISABLED SON NEEDING AN EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION UNIT. I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD, HOWEVER, INSTEAD OF MY ORDER OF ONE ALARM, I RECEIVED FIVE(5) ALARMS COSTING OVER $100.00. I HAVE CALLED SAFESOUND MANY TIMES FOR ASSISTANCE IN RETURNING ALL FIVE ALARMS FOR A FULL REFUND WITH NO SUCCESS OR RESPONSE. SAFESOUND HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS BY ME AND MANY OTHER CHEATED BUYERS. I AM STILL AWAITING FOR MANY MONTHS SAFESOUND'S RESPONSE. I AM A WIDOW AND CAREGIVER FOR MY DISABLED ADULT SON NEEDING A PERSONAL ALARM. WE LIVE ON A LOW SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME AND CANNOT AFFORD THE LOSS OF ONE $CENT. YOUR RESPONSE AND ASSISTANCE IN RESOLVING THIS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP AS I AM OVERDRAWN FOR $100.00+ ON MY ACCOUNT.
