Sad complaint

We've loved our Keurig machines, which we've used for more than 10 years. We bought a new K Supreme Plus last week and it does not compare with our existing machine. We will sadly exchange it for something else. User's recommendation: Keurig does not live up to its past reputation for simplicity and quality.
