Rv jacking system

camper jacks work when putting the kitchen slide out out hot water heater will not work on electric wall sockets in rear of camper doesnt work refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser will not work 2021 montana 5th wheel 3813ms; dealer was notified within 3 weeks of purchase, several attempts have been made to resolve these issues, no luck. please assist
