Rv 7720 update

I have owned a 7720 for quite some time, but the Rand McNally dock no longer connects to your web site for an update. Have you stopped supporting this device? Also, I can not find the SN to try and re-register. It's not on the back of the un it. I never had to know it. The Dock always came up with it. Thank you Bill Hale 978-609-****
