I rented a car thru hotwire. Was billed by them and then billed by you. I didn't get the vehicle I was guaranteed. I upgraded. And charged for cars you didn't have. Told I would not be charged. But I did get charged. Would like to resolve. Sincerely Mr Dominguez. Wisconsin
