Rude manager and unprofessional.

When I got to the store it was around 5ish. I went to buy something and then return my 3movies that I rent. But the redbox wasn’t working idk for how long. My brother in law ask the manager (he was a African American) that if he could call to get fix that Redbox. His response was is not ours and you need to call? In my head I was thinking what kind of response is that? Shouldn’t the redbox by you guys responsibility cause is in your store? But okay I let it pass. My brother in law couldn’t connect with Redbox. So I ask the cashier who was the manager in duty, and he point it. It was the same guy so I ask him myself if he could do me a favor and call and fix Redbox. He said no you need to call cause that’s not our responsibility to call for you guys. That’s what he told me. I kinda took it personal. Cause if you guys want good customer service he would have been calling since he saw it wasn’t working. Instead he was just standing biting he’s nails and just looking at people trying to rent or return movies. That’s unprofessional. I was myself a assistant general manager. And never did what he did to me and my brother in law. So I left the store and I got over charger cause the movies I return them late at night cause he didn’t want to talk. This happen on 6/14/18 at 5:35pm to 5:50pm
