Several users, including myself, were browsing at an item this company posted for sale on the retail site Yardsellr, commenting that we believed the price to be too high for the condition. The site is a social media retail site, where browsers are allowed and encouraged to discuss the sale items in the comment section below. The business has a bad habit of provoking customers with rude, nasty comments, laughing at their comments in response, or simply responding in an indignant or insulting fashion. This all came to a head when Ms. Amanda Andrews, an employee with NowThen, proceeded to log in with a separate account and post rude, demeaning, disparaging comments targeting the customers specifically, using their real names in print, and posting comments intended to insult them which in no way even related to the products for sale. Amanda Andrews is a cyber-bully, and this is being condoned by her employer, NowThen Collectables, whose response to this was to erase the comments of the people being attacked by Ms. Andrews, and to leave the immature, disparaging content Ms. Andrews posted in place. I have submitted complaints to both Facebook and Yardsellr, and have reported Amanda Andrews and NowThen Collectables both for cyber-bullying.
