They are not running a good business. Management is not good, communication among the company is not there. They really need to revamp their company and run a better business. They are really making a bad name for themselves among the public and among their own staff who do not seem to like it there. Upon being transferred to a supervisor you encounter worse service than with the original case workers, who were nice at least. Company flaws such as the ones they have really reflect on the owner of the company, who in this case is definately sub-par.
