My mother purchased a Rothschild black winter coat for my daughter a little under 2 years ago. My mother bought a larger size so my daughter could get a few years out of it. Moreover, she purchased it with the understanding that Rothschild produces good quality products therefore it was worth the high price tag. Or so we thought. It seems the zipper on the coat is broken and when I brought it to my local tailor they said it would need to be replaced. I'm not sure a zipper should have to be replaced on a coat that is not that old. Disappointed to say the least. I'm hoping you can help me come up with a solution. Thanks for your time. Joanne j
