my daughter had a flat tire at 1am and called roadside assistance for help.they refused her and told her she wasn't covered when i knew for a fact that she was. i told her to get off of that major highway and drive home on that flat tire.the next day lo and behold i was covered. since i had to replace that tire i should be reimbursed for it.2 people from that shady company called me and said tough luck getting reimbursed. nationde shouldd be held accountable and reimburse me themselves since that roadside assistance company did nothing but *** me off. do not get that roadside assistancestance plan with nationwide or do business with them. after my time is up I'm going back to farmers insurance because they care.
