I bought the ladder with free delivery. It was not free, and it was delivered to a depot for me to pick up. After paying close to $1200, they are saying I still owe money. I know I have paid it all. So much for all the free items, too. I think I paid for it as well. I had to cancel my card to stop them taking more. I blocked their number because they were calling all hours of the day. User's recommendation: Don't Buy.
