Master bathroom roof is leaking out of electrical light and blower vent. A dangerous problem. Roofer has been on my roof in the last 3 years 3 or more times and still can not get the roofs properly repaired in the whole complex. Rosemary H. Armour 510-918-**** Ridgewood Apt. 1007 Attached a Code Enforcement report 2015, called to come out then about leaking roof in guest bathroom #1007 and to check to see if there was mold. Our manager and staff has been very kind but I know that it is only so much the managers can do. This is a owners and code enforcement issue. Regards
