RLC is a business with poor leadership and bad employee culture. The owners are not involved and allow the GM to have total control of the company. They do not treat customers equally, often pulling man power from jobs that are worth less revenue to do work for the GMs friends and consultants. Upper management would cut retention from account managers paychecks so that they would pocket more money. Many employees are often shorted funds on their paychecks. All of this goes on behind the owners back. GM is rude to all of the old existing RLC clients, and will only deal with his pet property mgrs and consultants. Bad place to do business with unless the owners take back their company.
