I only bought this last February 21, hardly use but got broken after a week. I tried returning it to sm moa hanabishi section but even if I have the warranty card which is a proof that I purchased it, they are looking for a receipt. FYI. The receipt thats been used is thermal paper and the print wont last long. I also made a complain letter and just leave the broken rice cooker there because they said that even I brought that to service center, they will not accomodate it because of the receipt. I am writing this because Im quite disappointed with the quality of the product and I sent a screenshot just in case my complaint letter wont reach you. Btw, I left the warranty card inside the broken rice cooker with the box in SM MOA for your reference.
