I too was treated rudely, their name says it all. "She," rude female dog that answered the phone, spouted off before she even gave me a chance to explain. Very clearly on my order i put the ship to address, and nit inly did it not gett shipped to the right place, the package was shipped back to me with postage due!!!! Simply psying attention to the clearly filled out order firm would be great! Glad i didnt order anything personalized! Rude female dog indeed!
