Returned defective 7 round LCP magazine. No response. Have called four times. Very frustrated!

I purchased a Ruger LCP 7 round magazine from Ruger On-Line-Sales many weeks ago. The magazine base plate was loose. I called Ruger and was instructed to return it to On-Line-Sales. I shipped the magazine with a return address and a letter of explanation. I have not received a new or repaired magazine. I have talked to four reps and nothing has happened.
