I purchased the resume/ cover letter/ follow-up letter package. It took approx. 5 days for them to generate a resume and it was a joke. For starters, it was full of inaccuracies. Much of my work experience was not included and almost a third of the page was Key Competencies and a Career Profile which looked like they were just words picked from the dictionary. All of my military experience and a business I owned are mere footnotes at the bottom of the page. All they really had to do is update my employment, but didn't even list my current employer. I have submitted several requested revisions and have had absolutely no response from them. The format of the resume is horrible, the information is incorrect, the cover and follow up letters are extremely poor as well. Stay away from these criminals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
