Resume help

$24.90 was chartered to my account & was to have only been a free trial. I've not spike top them yet, and pray this matter will be resolved easily. I have NO use for their service, nor have I actually used the service, as I'm very capable of creating my own resume, if needed, free of charge. We also have public, free access to a Career Center who will help anyone, free of charge. Thank you
