Usually takes more than one response to get some sort of clear answer ,,, and the first is almost always totally unrelated to the question,,Add that to being given the wrong part numbers and it gets old fast. Cant buy service parts inline at website,,have to call or have a "dealer" order them,,, Seem very out of touch with their consumers
