Update by user Nov 13, 2019 Apparently it's been resolved ... still have not received the Eticket or the refund for the first flight -- both are promised. Original review posted by user Nov 13, 2019 I thought that I was on the United Airlines website (the UAL logo was at the top of the site). I selected a flight from Denver to Billings departing Denver at 8:00 am and arriving in Billings at 9:44 am. After the selection, I discover that these guys had switched my selection Air Alaska with a stop in Seattle and arriving in Billings at 3:00 pm. After waiting on thir customer service line for about 45 minutes, the flight was changed (and up charged). I still have not received the Eticket. An online inquiry told that they were still processing the Etickety for the wrong flight. I am waiting on the phone now in the hope somebody will take the call to pursue this.
