Resolved: Substituted My Oder With Useless Items

Update by user Jan 22, 2019 Received My Credit Update by user Jan 22, 2019 I did receive my credit on my order but I really doubt I will order again since they never let you know when you order if that item is in stock or not. I want want I order and pay for not something else even if it is higher price item. Original review posted by user Dec 23, 2018 I.m very mad I placed a order for Fancy Holiday Cookies and Received a Meat & Cheese Tray Called customer service about this they said they do not take returns on food items they said that they ran out of cookies and sent this tray to me which they said it is a higher cost Item I said I did not order this and I can't eat this stuff so now iIm out of my cookies for the holiday and stuck with a useless item that I could never enjoy anyway I ordered this with Figys credit as always and been buying for years this is first time this has happened the customer service department said they will credit my account but have not see anything as of yet but will keep in touch frequently until this is resolved there is no reason they can not contact you via email or phone to let you know that those items you ordered are out of stock before you buy them very bad service.
