Update by user Jun 24, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. a refund and a replacement. They have restored my faith that there is great customer service out there!!. Update by user Jun 24, 2020 6/24/20 4:30pm I was contacted by corporate and the local manager and a solution was accepted. Also, additional things are happening so others won't go through this. Thank you IDQ and the local mgr for showing customers DO come first!!! Original review posted by user Jun 22, 2020 I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 2 HOURS TRYING TO SEND THIS THROUGH THE APP and ONLINE. You really make it ready for an already upset customer. I have not been back to Dairy Queen. My store won't make it right when it's wrong. This is not the first time but will be the last. I ordered the tiramisu cake sundae. Tasted like vanilla with a bit of crumbs mixed in and whip topping. Was not Brown or tan, no cake on top, no chunks, nothing. I took 2 bites and immediately stuck it in the freezer. 3 times over the next 3 days we visited DQ and tried to get them to remake it. 3 times they wouldn't. After the 3rd time, we came home, threw the Sundae away (I have pics) and will not be back. Tired of paying money for kids to tell us we have to eat what they make even if it's wrong. User's recommendation: Check/taste your food and desserts carefully before you leave.
