Update by user Sep 06, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I filed with my state attorney office and boom the next day they gave me back the other 105.99. Update by user Sep 06, 2020 Low and be hold after I contancted the attorney General office in NJ the very next day ( I told them I officially made complaint) They refunded all my money. Said cost would be 14.00 then i find out through bank account they deducted 105.99 2x for a cat and a dog . Been emailing and calling them an of course noreply or answer. Thank God Today I obtained a Lawyer for another issue. So I will be getting in touch with them tommarow also. Go to page for immediate help what a surprise they dont have that topic. I also reported to the BBB and I will be blasting them on facebook for scam. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
