Update by user Mar 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I followed their guidelines regarding the package and shipping, stayed in almost daily contact with them, refused to give a positive review until the matter was resolved. As I also told them, it progressed so slowly it appeared to me poor business practice and made me question their credibility. Did receive shipping label, I think on that day and full refund on 2/24.. Update by user Feb 08, 2021 Received a return shipping label today!. Now, hoping for a refund. Update by user Feb 08, 2021 The customer service department has never once answered the phone. Original review updated by user Feb 08, 2021 It's been a week, and they are still telling me they are 'waiting for a label returns department'. Which I found odd today, because the terms on their site are specific that I must pay return shipping. And, I have offered, and offered. But they won't even provide the 'proper return address'. And, there's a: '30-day'time limit from the time I receive the package and get it back to them for me to get the refund. There use three different addresses. But the one not publicized is the return address for the part I ordered: WEIZHENG-KINGS LAUNDRY 5012 72ND ST WOODSIDE NY. 11377-****
