Original review posted by user Jun 23, 2021 Rec'd order yesterday, jeans and a Michael Kors purse REAKED of smoke! This is unacceptable and I want a free return and full refund. I understand that this is consignment and items aren't perfect, but they shouldn't be selling items that STINK! If this is how ThredUp works, I won't be buying from or referring others to them again. I rec'd a blouse from them recently and was very happy, so NEVER expected to receive an order like this. Concerned about my order that's coming. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
