Update by user Dec 06, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Received the items and am happy with the outcome - thank you to Tupperware. Update by user Dec 06, 2020 A lady from Tupperware called me a few days after I posted this review and apologised and advised that they would send my Warranty Claim stuff within a few days of her phone call. I received the items last week (around 1st Dec) I am VERY happy with the outcome. Thank you Original review updated by user Nov 17, 2020 I sent a Warranty claim in (first time in 20 years) paid the postage online and assumed that the postage I paid was for the return item. I then (at my cost) sent the item to Tupperware and put the return postage forms in the box for when they sent them back to me. I then 3 or so weeks later received an email to say they were closing the ticket as they had not received my item. I emailed and advised I had sent the items and gave them my tracking number. I also tried calling - no luck. I then got an email saying I now have to pay postage again. (Looks computer generated) Once again I tried calling and even put a message on the Facebook page and Nothing! Super frustrating dealing with a faceless Company that I have supported for many years. User's recommendation: Hope they get a customer service that actually interacts with customers.
