I have no idea of what all you other people are talking about, I had a positive experience, he even delivered the kitten to my door, in southern Indiana, he said that he was delivering a kitten to his aunt in Louisville, Kentucky. I still had to pay for the kitten's flight. He was very pleasant and my kitten was healthy and the same one I picked online, I could tell from a white spot under his nose. The only negative thing I can say is, my daughter got a flame point ragdoll the year before I got a chocolate point ragdoll. The only problem is that they both had cancer. The flame point died at Christmastime 2017 (he was 12 years old when he died). My beloved chocolate point, blood tests show cancer. He is 11 years old now, doing well, so far. I have no doubt that all of these bad reviews are true, my experience was 11 years ago. If he has sick kittens, ASPCA should shut him down for the poor kittens sake and the customers. I just hope that someone checks him out. I hate to think of neglected or abused animals. Again, I believe all of the people that had terrible problems, it bothers me more thinking about the conditions these cats and kittens are living in.
