Update by user Dec 29, 2019 The payments are coming through as requested, I finally just let the business manager at my assisted living facility deal with them, and they responded. I am sure your correspondence helped, though they never acknowledged it. Original review posted by user Nov 29, 2019 Terrible customer service! I have a LTC Policy since 2001. I applied for benefits July 2019 and they STILL have not made a decision. My assisted living bill is due by Dec. 2.
