Update by user Sep 21, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Original review posted by user Sep 21, 2020 I placed an order on 09-13 and I have still NOT received it. It hasnt even shipped yet so Im not sure whats going on User's recommendation: Contact the customer immediately if there is a problem with their order.
