Update by user May 21, 2021 Our order was cancelled by DoorDash, but Panera did not say anything. had to call to get credit from them.thank you, Original review posted by user May 21, 2021 Julie of Bay County Settlements in Woodbridge, VA placed an order with Panera Bread in Merchant Plaza approximately 11:15 am. At 12:45 pm she checked her tracking and found that the order was cancelled for no reason. We both have tried to call and we have been hung up on all four times. Panera has not refunded her monies and we have no food!!!
