Update by user Sep 27, 2019 Credit card company refunded the purchase amount. Original review posted by user Sep 27, 2019 Purchased anniversary gift and asked for speedy delivery (7 days). I emailed the company numerous times over the next 4 days but never got an answer. I checked my credit card account and saw a charge for the amount posted by some other company name. Proozys website had no phone number to call but did give an address in Dallas. Checked that address on Google Street View and it was a liquor store. Called that store asking about my order on Proozys and was told they've never heard of that company; they are only a liquor store. My credit card company deleted the charge so I avoided being financially suckered but it is worse that we had no gift for our celebration.
