I found the Jitterbug Smart to be difficult to use. The side buttons are hard to use as well as the volume. I had to turn off the phone after each use because it would stay on. I thought Jitterbug phone would be simple to use but it was not. User's recommendation: Be sure you understand how to use it. Customer service is lacking in professionalism and courteous manner.
