I was stupid and signed a car loan with them as the loan company in 2012, Purchased the 2010 Nissan Versa from Kia Of Augusta, Augusta Ga. Payment was 475.00 I think a month, really can't remember exact amount. in 2014 or 2015 it was repossesed, I was very nice to the repo man and there was no problem. I had asked several times if they could refinance my loan for a lower interest rate they wouldn't hear it, She said it was her car now and laughed. The car was sold to me for 12 or 13, 000 after reposesion I still owe 23, 490 dollars after auction sold the car for 5000 dollars. It's on my credit report and the last time they reported was in July of 2019 so it's never going away. Can you help me or atleast point me in a good direction?
