criminal activity being reported date: december 22nd 2020 / time: 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. location: Arby's - 1051 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352 Phone Number: (509) 943-**** the manager in charge vanesa romero is allowing alcohol to be served in the arby's lobby without a Liquor License &;;;;;;;; the achohol is being served to minors under the age 21 that are drinking it. owen & austin ask vanesa romero's brother enrique romero if its ok for the drive thru to be shut down the 2 hours for the christmas party from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. enrique says vanesa told him "what jessica does not know or find out about won't hurt her" all members of the staff laugh enrique romero goes to the back office to print out several sheets of paper to place up & string along in drive thru saying drive thru is closed enrique romero then goes to a store close by & is back in less then 15 mins with 2 large 12 pack cases of corona alcohol throughout the night during the party dozens of cars keep turning around in the parking lot as they reach drive thru losing hundreds of dollars in revenue to the company everytime a car turns around & leaves vanesa, enrique & griselda laugh about it. enrique romero spills alcohol on the brandnew tables & floor while he drinks a couple of bottles of corona beer other people at the party drinking beer inside the arby's lobby are vanesa romero's mom griselda romero &;amp; vanesa romero's brother in law geovany antunez age 17. vanesa romero is also drinking corona alcohol in the lobby vanesa romero tells her staff that the drive thru is shut down for the party & that mike & jessica will never know & laughs about it. vanesa also tells the staff that jessica does not like her & makes fun of jessica's relationship & family also tells the staff everytime jessica calls or talks with vanesa over the phone it sounds like jessica just woke up geovany antunez age 17 while holding several bottles of alcohol offers bottles of corona alcohol to austin & to every employee that is in the lobby attending the party some of the employees drinking the alcohol go to drink it in the bathroom & on the back prep table all of the day & night crew employees can be qestioned about the drive thru being shut down that night & about the corona alcohol beer being served to everyone at the party records will show that the restaurant made no money from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. the surveillance cameras inside & outside the arbys cane looked at for december 22nd 2020 between 8:00 p.m. & 11:00 p.m.
