Worst customer service EVER. Called to see about getting a replacement part (fastmount nut) as the threads stripped and Home Depot didn't carry any parts. I was asked for the model number from the sticker on one of the hoses, which I provided. I was told that was invalid as it was an "American" model number and I was calling from Canada. There were no other stickers or model numbers (obviously). He then asked for the instruction manual...which I clearly wouldn't have kept several years after installation; I found it online and was told again, it was invalid as it was "American". I was then placed on hold and hung up on. We had to replace the unit. Will never buy Glacier Bay again. User's recommendation: Stay away from Glacier Bay products!
