Replacement Heating Element for HP1-15-50

I have a Soleusair HP1-15-50 Electric Heat Lamp. The heating element on one side of the unit (semi-circle glass tube with coils inside) has recently stopped working. I am unable to obtain a replacement from any of the authorized Soleusair dealers / distributors. Can you assist me? Thank you, Chris Marino (917) 939-**** User's recommendation: The HP1-15-50 is a very good product. Lasted a very long time.
