My apartment complex went back to rentcafe after using another website. Everyone who set up autopays with rentcafe incurred a late fee of $45 to $60 because the autopays never went through. Now all the tenants had to go get money orders to pay the rent and late fees. If you have another way to pay rent, use it. Dont use rentcafe! User's recommendation: Dont use rentcafe.
