Refused to send me a CC that is active on my profile
I have not used the CC for about 3 years. I had a much more lucrative card from another bank. Those perks ran out so I wanted to use this again. Because I could not provide the 3 digit number on a card I had 3 years ago, they would not help me. So, I closed my business account that carries 5 figures for the last few years, and about to close my personal account that also hold 5 figures for last many years. Moving all my cash to Scotia which is far better for business services anyway. Makes me feel really good finally getting to stick it to the big guy.
