Refused card on reprocessing

I just got off the phone with Chase bank, which is the bank on my Visa card, number I gave you. Apparently theyre only allowed to put a cut a charge through once if its refused and theyve done that. They said they will call me and put it through again tomorrow night at the same time which means a few minutes after midnight on 12/8/19. Thanks for all your help.
