Refusal to Cancel a Contract Account Number [protected]

i have cancelled my contract in 2019, i spoke to Netstar customer services and sent an email, i then cancelled the contract again in 2020, I spoke to customer services and sent an email, i again cancelled the contract in 2021, phoned customer service and sent an email. i have been sent to pillar to post, they refuse to cancel the account, and keep demanding that i pay for a service i clearly do not want. the emails are just bounced around from department to department without any feedback.
